STEPS TO FOLLOW WHILE WRITING AN E-MAIL
In this kind of textual production, it´s important to follow some steps in order to get your text well organized and understood.

1) Complete the information about who is sending the email and who is receiving it :
From: Fabiana To: 4ht. level students
2) Never forget the subject:
Subject: Different cultures (Brazil and USA)
3) Start by greeting the person you´re sending it:
Hello, Hi, Dear..., etc
4) Introduce the subject (introduction):
Brazilian and American special dates are very different...
5) Write the text properly (body)
In Brazil, Dia dos Namorados is celebrated in June but in the USA...
6) To finish it, add a final greeting:
Bye, bye/Good bye/See you/I have to go now...
7) Sign your text:
Fabiana.
